Phew, I'm finally on a role with posting my Outfits of the day.

Today's is pretty plain, but I actually really like it!

I felt pretty, comfortable and confident...
and totally workable for work.

Plus, I have this weird secret liking for Purple with Green.

What are your thoughts?

Top: Max (Merino - love it!)
Cardi: The Warehouse
Pants: Max (Cords - so Comfy!)
Boots: Hannah's
Necklace: Gifted to me (you can see similar at Diva and Equip)
These were a little design I thought I would try after seeing the Nailasaurus's Waterfall Nail Art Tutorial.

Go on, Check it out!

Here is my attempt with a green hue.

I also added some glequins because it just didn't look quite right all on it's own.

What do you think?
think you might give it a go?

Green: Revlon Wind Fall
Blue Stripes: China Glaze Fade into Hue
eeeep I can't remember what I used for the darker colour!

today is a bright delight.

I just love bright colours! especially orange!

and yes I love that the red clashes with the orange.. it makes the outfit so much more exciting don't you think?

well here it is... what do you think?

Top: Max
Cardi: Glassons
Necklace: Silvermoon
Pants: Postie
Shoes: Wild Pair
So you may be able to guess from the title I have been watching a lot of the new(ish) netflix drama
Orange is the New Black
Orange Is the New Black (2013) Poster
(image from IMDb)

I wouldn't say I love this show, but it is enjoyable and something I look forward to sitting down and watching.

It's about a 30-something lady, Piper, who is newly engaged and sentenced to 15 months in prison. Pretty much tells the story of her time in prison, with some intriguing flash backs to her time before prison. Once you get past the initial shock of so many boobies all at once it's a pretty enjoyable watch. Oh, and it also stars that due from American Pie (you know the main one) - Jason Biggs, and that chick of "That 70s Show" - Laura Prepon according to IMDb.

It is, therefore, only fitting that my outfit today should be orange in support of Orange being the New Black.

Cardi: Glassons
Top: K-Mart and singlet from Glassons
Skirt: Max
Leggings: Farmers (they're special tummy sucker-in-ers)
Shoes: K-Mart
Bag: Sydney (Paddy's Market)
this was a little bit of fun...
I've been meaning to do a gradient tutorial, but until then here is another design for ya'll.

you like?

Nail Treatment: Sally Hansen Triple Strong
Base Coat: Orly Bonder
Pale Purple: Maybeline Iced Queen
Dark Purple: Revlon Amethyst
