So I have some nice American family friends and decided to embrace their celebration!
I hope you like.
Red: Sally Hansen Honeymoon Red
Blue: Revlon Mint Fizz
White Stars: Konad special white polish
White stripes: Art Deco white
So I've been watching a lot of Sabrina the Teenage Witch
and thought I'd create some tribute nails for Salem (the talking black cat)
Hope you like them.
I was feeling like a soft and feminine outfit.
and here it is.
I went out for a birthday lunch with MyLove's Sister...
Top: Ezibuy White Merino Top
Jacket: Review Pink Jacket
Jeans: JayJays pale wash skinny
Heels: Shoe Connection Nude Heels
I saw a really cute glittery gradient nail manicure on a blog the other day so thought I'd give it a go...
Mine wasn't as effective.
I think I should paint the glitter as a base and then dab on a solid colour over the top (not the other way around)
This one I started with a nude base then gradient blue, and painting glitter over the top and dabbing the excess off (because it was quite a thick glitter)
Some more foil nails.
These are pretty easy to do - as you just stick, cut and file... no dry time.
I thought I'd give these another go after my previously failed attempt...
here
They didn't really work out again.. worse this time I think!
It was really hard this time to stick the sides down (I have super curved nails) and I found it really hard to cut the foil/sticker to the correct size before placing it on my nail... then it was super dangerous to try and cut once it was on... (see my ring finger-on the side bit...)
The shine on these is awesome I just wish they looked good on my nails..
I'd much prefer Sally Hansen which is "real nail polish" so very similar concept - of the epic prints which you stick on - Sally Hansen sticks better (and lasts longer)...
